About Us

Our team is led by Harry Kraushaar.  Harry is a very experienced consultant, having over 40 years of Finance, Accounting, and Information Systems experience.  After earning his BS in Mathematics and Computer Science and his MBA in Accounting and Finance from UCLA, Harry has spent over 40 years working in all aspects of accounting and finance departments, solving a myriad of accounting and finance related issues, as both an internal employee or as an outside consultant or auditor.  Harry has a wide range of industry experience, completing project or working in manufacturing, distribution, entertainment, health and beauty, direct to consumer and other industries.  For the past four years, Harry has been working as an interim CFO brought in to get companies ready to sell and shepherd them through the sales and diligence process.  To the extend other resources are required, Harry has the network in place to bring those resources to bear.

Do not be misled by the relative youth of HCK Financial.  We begin business in 2021, but the reality is that we have 40+ years of varied financial experience, ranging from major accounting firms to seated CFO roles in mid-sized distribution and manufacturing business, After four years leading interim CFO projects for companies as part of sales transactions, Harry felt it was time to form HCK Financial in 2021 as the vehicle for directly delivering high-quality fractional CFO and other financial services to a wide range of clients.

Our mission is to deliver professional quality CFO and other financial services to a wide range of businesses that need high-level analysis and recommendations without having to maintain full -time staff to support the executive team.
